1. Purpose and Legal Nature of this Document

This Risk Disclosure document has been prepared in order to provide Users with clear, complete and unambiguous information regarding the risks associated with the use of the Quantalis analytical software platform (“Service”).

This document:

• forms an integral part of the contractual relationship between the User and SALAZAR & Co. d.o.o., OIB/VAT:87140852001 , with its registered office at Radnička cesta 80, Zagreb, Croatia  (“Company”),
• must be interpreted together with the Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy,
• does not constitute investment advice, recommendation or an offer.

By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this document.

2. Non-Investment Nature of the Service

The Company provides exclusively a software-based analytical service consisting of automated processing, statistical analysis and visualization of publicly available market data.

Nothing within the Service, including data, analyses, price ranges, volatility indicators, confidence levels or communications, constitutes investment advice, recommendation or opinion within the meaning of Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II), ESMA regulations or applicable national implementing regulations.

The Company:

• does not assess the suitability or appropriateness of transactions
• does not take into account the User’s personal circumstances
• does not have any fiduciary or advisory duty toward the User

For the avoidance of doubt, any references to “signals” used within the Service or related materials refer solely to analytical outputs and do not constitute trading signals, recommendations or instructions.

3. Nature of Financial Markets and Instrument Risks

Financial markets, including markets for:

• digital assets (cryptocurrencies)
• commodities (e.g. energy products, precious metals)
• stock indices
• derivative financial instruments

are inherently risky, volatile and unpredictable.

Prices may fluctuate rapidly due to:

• macroeconomic or geopolitical events
• regulatory changes
• market shocks and liquidity constraints
• technical or operational factors

The User must be aware that trading financial instruments may result in the complete loss of invested funds.

4. Limitations of Analytical Models and Statistical Estimates

All analytical outputs generated by Quantalis:

• are based on historical and currently available data
• represent statistical estimates rather than predictions
• are subject to methodological and technical limitations

Historical data and past results do not guarantee future performance. There is no model, algorithm or system capable of reliably and permanently predicting market movements.

5. No-Reliance Clause

The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

• the Service must not be relied upon as the sole or primary basis for making financial or investment decisions
• all decisions related to trading, investing or risk management are made independently and at the User’s own responsibility

The Company bears no responsibility for the consequences of such decisions.

The Service is intended solely as a supplementary analytical tool and not as a substitute for independent judgment or professional advice.

6. Technical and Operational Risks

Use of the Service involves technical and operational risks, including but not limited to:

• latency and delays in data delivery
• temporary or permanent system interruptions
• errors in data transmission or processing
• dependence on third-party platforms (e.g. Telegram).

Such factors may affect the timeliness and applicability of information.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any market data or analytical information presented through the Service.

7. Risks Related to Third Parties and Data Sources

The Company relies on data and infrastructure provided by third parties over which it does not have full control.

There is a risk that:

• data may be inaccurate, incomplete or delayed
• methodologies or availability of data sources may change
• third parties may experience technical or regulatory disruptions including potential discrepancies between different data sources or market environments

The Company shall not be responsible for consequences arising from such circumstances.

The Company is not responsible for access restrictions, suspensions or bans imposed by third-party platforms.

8. Regulatory, Legal and Tax Risks

The regulatory framework governing financial markets and digital assets is subject to change.

Such changes may:

• affect the availability or functionality of the Service
• restrict access to certain markets or instruments
• require adjustments to how the Service is used

The User is solely responsible for ensuring that their activities comply with applicable laws, regulations and tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company excludes any liability for:

• financial losses
• loss of profit, revenue or expected earnings
• indirect, consequential or non-material damages
• damages arising from the use of or reliance on the Service

except in cases of intent or gross negligence within the limits prescribed by mandatory provisions of the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

10. Final Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk

By using the Service, the User expressly confirms that they:

• understand the nature of financial markets and associated risks
• accept the possibility of financial loss
• use the Service knowingly, voluntarily and at their own responsibility.

If the User does not accept any of the risks described in this document, they should not use the Service.

No Guarantee of Performance

The Company does not guarantee, imply or in any way represent that the use of the Service may result in profits or the avoidance of losses.

Any use of analytical information and data provided through the Service is carried out solely at the User’s own risk.

Hypothetical Performance Clause

Any example, illustration or representation of market scenarios that may be presented within the Service or related materials represents a hypothetical or analytical scenario and does not represent actual or guaranteed results.
