CURRENCY CONVERSION STATEMENT

Information for international cardholders paying in a currency other than EUR

1. Display currency

All Quantalis subscription prices are displayed and charged in euros (EUR), unless a different currency is expressly displayed during checkout before the User confirms the payment or subscription.

The current weekly subscription packages are EUR 49, EUR 125 and EUR 149 per week.

2. Cardholder currency and issuer conversion

If the User’s payment card, bank account or card issuer account is denominated in a currency other than EUR, the card issuer, bank or card scheme may convert the transaction amount into the User’s account currency.

The applicable exchange rate, currency conversion method, foreign exchange margin, international transaction fee or other issuer/bank fee is determined by the User’s card issuer, bank or card scheme. The Company does not control these exchange rates or fees.

3. Amount shown on the card statement

The amount appearing on the User’s card or bank statement may differ from the EUR price displayed by Quantalis because of currency conversion, issuer fees, card scheme rules or the date/time when the transaction is processed or posted.

The Company is not responsible for exchange rate differences, issuer fees, international transaction fees or any other fees applied by the User’s card issuer or bank.

4. Refunds and currency differences

If a refund is required under applicable law or approved by the Company, the refund will generally be processed in the original transaction currency, unless the payment service provider or acquiring bank requires otherwise.

The final amount received by the User after conversion into another currency may differ from the original converted amount due to exchange rate changes or issuer/bank fees. The Company is not responsible for such differences unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

5. Dynamic currency conversion

If dynamic currency conversion or a similar service is offered by a payment provider, bank or card scheme during checkout, the User should carefully review the displayed exchange rate, fees and currency before confirming the transaction. The Company does not provide currency conversion services.

6. User responsibility

Users paying with cards issued outside the euro area should contact their card issuer or bank for information about exchange rates, foreign transaction fees, currency conversion rules and any other charges that may apply to international card payments.
